Will hypnotherapy make me too abrasive or arrogant?

No. Hypnotherapy will not change your unique personality, and arrogance is often just a mask for insecurity. Genuine self-confidence is natural and authentic. The goal is to help achieve greater comfort in your own skin, allowing for clear and grounded communication without being abrasive.

Do I have to ‘relive’ past experiences?

No. While we may gently acknowledge where an old belief started, this approach is highly focused on the present. We look at the process of self-doubt—how the mind’s automatic patterns operate right now—and explore practical ways to safely update them.

How many sessions are typically required?

Confidence is a skill that can be built through practice and repetition. Around three to six sessions are typically recommended to help establish new patterns and integrate your new skills. We will review progress at each appointment to ensure you are feeling capable and supported.

How do we meet?

Sessions are held via secure online video calls (telehealth). This allows you to learn and practice these new skills in a comfortable, familiar environment, without the stress of commuting or finding a car park.
